Akela Constructions undertook a full refurbishment and roof replacement to the Student and Staff Amenities Block, transforming the building from Outdated, dark, and dingy to a Modern, bright, clean space. Reconfiguring the internal layout and changing the colour scheme to light colours with contrasting features gives a more spacious feeling. White framed Crimsafe screens were installed around the entire building, allowing natural light and fresh air flow.
