Akela Constructions was engaged to construct new covered walkways from the entrance of Eagleby Learning Centre plus additional rectification works. We undertook the Demolition and removal of existing concrete pathways, a demountable building including stairs and handrails and a shade sail structure in preparation for all new works.
New reinforced concrete pathways, ramps, and kerbs were installed with tactile ground indicators placed accordingly for the safety of staff and students. We supplied and installed a new Auditorium roof structure and covered walkways. All covered link framing and battens are hot dip galvanised steel for product longevity and COLORBOND roof sheeting, flashings and ridges with stainless steel gutters and stops.
Finally making good to all grass areas that were affected by the Works and reinstated the landscaped embankment after the retaining wall was constructed.
